This contract provides for a commercial non-personal service contract to furnish design, manufacture, furnishing, transportation, installation, and preventive and corrective maintenance for modular equipment units supporting temporary barracks.Work will be performed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 29, 2031. This contract was a sole source acquisition.Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $10,438,888 are being obligated at time of award.
