Romania, Oct. 29 -- Romania based Vlad Sebastian Rusu Birou Individual de Arhitectura has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Architectural design services - Design services for the investment objective "the re-functionalization and activation of the existing annex spaces in the courtyard of the building in Dionisie Lupu Street no. 46, the enhancement of the old greenhouses and the complete arrangement of the garden of the University House". The value of the contract is not disclosed.
