Vivriti Capital Limited surrenders Certificate of Registration to RBI on exit from NBFI business

India, Oct. 9 -- Vivriti Capital Limited has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ('the RBI Act'), has therefore cancelled the CoR on September 10, 2026.The company's registered office is at Prestige Zackria Metropolitan No. 200/1-8, 2nd Floor, Block -1, Annasalai, Chennai, 600002. Its CoR No. is N-07.00836 (Factoring Business : N-07-00901), issued on July 27, 2023. As per MCA, the company is also listed as Vivriti Finance Limited.The Certificate of Registration was surrendered due to exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.
