Germany, July 22 -- Vestas has secured a 43 MW wind turbine order from Eurowind Energy A/S for the Ladenthin wind project in Germany as part of its third-quarter (Q3) order intake.Under the contract, Vestas will supply and install six V162-7.2 MW wind turbines with a combined capacity of 43 MW. The agreement also includes a long-term service agreement to support the project's operational performance and reliability over its lifecycle.Delivery of the turbines is planned to begin in the third quarter of 2027, while commissioning is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2027. The order further strengthens Vestas' presence in the German wind energy market and supports the country's ongoing transition towards renewable energy.
