Brazil, April 13 -- Ventura Offshore Holding Ltd. is pleased to announce a 135-day extension of the current contract and economics for our drillship, DS Carolina, taking operations until September 2026, resulting in approximately US$29 million additional backlog. Because of this extension, the mobilization window of her subsequent contract for deployment to the Sepia-Atapu field has been postponed to January 2027.
