Venetic Awarded $9.95 Million Contract to Modernize Mexico Air Force TPS-70 Radar
United States, Oct. 2 -- Venetic Inc., Miami, Florida, has been awarded a $9,950,000 firm-fixed-price contract to modernize the TPS-70 radar system to a solid-state environment. This contract provides for the modernization of the Mexico Air Force's radar systems and for the purchase of a virtual environment to share real-time data with the Southwest Command.Work will be performed at Miami, Florida; and Hermosillo, Mexico, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 28, 2029. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to Mexico.This contract was a sole source acquisition.
