Norway, Sept. 11 -- Veidekke has signed an agreement with Jarlsø Eiendom AS for the development of a new phase at Jarlsø in Tønsberg. Through the Jarlsø Brygge project, Veidekke will construct 28 apartments. The design and build contract is valued at NOK 173 million, excluding VAT.This contract marks the fourth development phase that Veidekke has signed with Jarlsø Eiendom as part of the ongoing development of the island just outside Tønsberg. Jarlsø Eiendom has been developing the residential community at Jarlsø, just outside Tønsberg, since 2007.
