Norway, Sept. 25 -- Veidekke has been awarded the contract to construct the fourth phase of the Bryggebyen development project in Arendal for Vindholmen Eiendom AS. The design and build contract is valued at approximately NOK 190 million, excluding VAT.Bryggebyen is a major urban development project in Arendal, initiated by Arendals Fossekompani. Phase 4 is the first stage of the development that Veidekke will undertake. The project comprises the construction of 51 apartments together with a parking facility and shared outdoor areas, marking an important step in the continued development of Bryggebyen at Vindholmen.
