Norway, Aug. 13 -- Veidekke has been awarded a contract by K2 Bolig and Bane NOR Eiendom to construct the second phase of the Hinnavågen residential development in Stavanger, comprising 44 apartments across three apartment buildings. The contract is a design and build agreement valued at NOK 114 million excluding VAT. Combined, the two phases will comprise 73 corner apartments ranging from 43 to 127 square metres, all featuring spacious balconies and between one and three bedrooms. The development will offer a warm and charming townhouse atmosphere, with homes distributed across five buildings of four and five storeys.
