Norway, Sept. 17 -- Veidekke has been awarded a contract by Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter to build 56 new apartments for the Cederhuset housing cooperative in Pedagogen Park in Molndal. The contract is a design and build agreement valued at approximately SEK 98 million excluding VAT, with occupancy scheduled for spring 2028. Veidekke's scope of work comprises the construction of an eight-storey building with apartments ranging from one to seven rooms. Brf Cederhuset will also feature a shared greenhouse in the courtyard for residents, as well as a shared guest apartment.
