Sweden, June 25 -- Arcona, a subsidiary of Veidekke, has entered into an agreement with Mengus for the rehabilitation, conversion and extension of a commercial property in Hammarby Sjostad in Stockholm. The project comprises approximately 16,000 sqm GFA and will be carried out as a design and build contract in collaboration. The contract is valued at approximately SEK 293 million.The project includes extensive upgrading of existing premises, as well as extensions and additional floors. The property will be adapted for both current and future tenants, and tenant fit-outs are also included in the contract.Leasing of the property is ongoing in parallel with the development.
