United States, Aug. 5 -- JLL Capital Markets announced the sale of the Courtyard Shelton, a 161-room select-service hotel in Shelton, Connecticut.JLL and RobertDouglas represented the seller, Shelton Suites, LLC, an affiliate of Waterford in the transaction. V2 Capital acquired the asset.The seven-story property is located at 780 Bridgeport Ave. in Fairfield County and underwent a comprehensive $4.1 million renovation completed in 2023. The renovation included upgrades to all guestrooms, common areas and building systems, as well as the conversion of select guestrooms into an extended-stay format.
