United States, Sept. 30 -- Souza Construction, Inc., Farmersville, California (FA8501-26-D-0006); Top Gun Contracting Inc., Warner Robins, Georgia (FA8501-26-D-0007); and Vet Con LLC, Farmersville, California (FA8501-26-D-0004), were awarded a maximum $40,000,000 multi-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for paving services.This contract provides for all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, administration, management and software necessary to perform base-wide paving projects.
