Norway, June 23 -- Nekkar ASA's wholly-owned subsidiary Syncrolift has been awarded a USD 10.5 million contract with an undisclosed navy customer in the Middle East for the modernization and upgrade of its shiplift facility. The project will improve the efficiency, safety and productivity of docking and launching operations for the customer vessels.A key part of the upgrade is the rigidification of the existing articulated platform, which increases the safety and operational robustness of the facility.
