Slovenia, Sept. 21 -- Slovenia based SPL LJUBLJANA d.d., poslovanje z nepremicninami in inzeniring has secured contract from STANOVANJSKI SKLAD REPUBLIKE SLOVENIJE, javni sklad for Property management services of real estate on a fee or contract basis - SSRS housing fund management service from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2030 . The value of the contract is worth 2612977.24 EUR .
