Philippines, March 17 -- On February 26, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed the Record of Discussions on the framework to implement the technical cooperation project titled "Project on Enhancing Forest Monitoring Capacity for Sustainable Management and Conservation of Forests ", with the Government of the Republic of the Philippines in Metro Manila.
