Nepal, July 6 -- On June 26, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed the Record of Discussions on the framework to implement the technical cooperation project titled "The Project for Capacity Development for Sustainable Wastewater Management", with the Ministry of Infrastructure Development of Nepal in the capital city Kathmandu.
