Cambodia, Aug. 26 -- On August 25, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Record of Discussions with the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia in the capital city Phnom Penh, for "the Project for Strengthening Capacity of Water Supply Administration and Water Utilities", a technical cooperation project.
