United Kingdom, June 17 -- On June 14, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) with British International Investment (BII), the United Kingdom's development finance institution, to strengthen collaboration in private sector investment and finance in Emerging Asia and Africa. The signing took place at the UK-Japan Business Event held at the UK Prime Minister's Office on the occasion of the visit to the United Kingdom by Japanese Prime Minister Takaichi Sanae.
