India, Sept. 24 -- On September 10, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a loan agreement with IIFL Home Finance Limited (IIHFL), a housing finance company in the Republic of India.The project will be implemented through a co-financing arrangement with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and private financial institutions including MUFG Bank, Ltd.
