Vietnam, March 31 -- On March 30, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a loan agreement with the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in the capital city Hanoi, to provide Japanese ODA loan for the Program for Green Transformation toward Green Growth and Climate Resilience.
