Pakistan, Sept. 8 -- On September 7, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in the capital city?Islamabad, to provide grant aid for the Project for Flood Protection and Dike Improvement on Indus River in Sindh Province.
