Congo Democratic Republic of, Feb. 16 -- On February 12, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) signed a grant agreement with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the capital city Kinshasa of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to provide grant aid for the Project for Supporting Peacebuilding through Strengthening Social Cohesion and Security in Tanganyika Province.
