Latvia, July 7 -- Latvia based SIA "UNIVERSALS LTD" has secured contract from Balvu novada pasvaldiba for Electric buses - Delivery of two new electric buses and two portable charging devices to Balvi municipality, within the framework of the EU cohesion policy program . The value of the contract is worth 307510 EUR .
