Latvia, Oct. 12 -- Latvia based SIA "Rubate" has secured contract from Balvu novada pasvaldiba for Road-maintenance works - daily maintenance works of the streets and roads of Balvu district municipality in the summer season. The value of the contract is worth 3702.05 EUR.
