Norway, Sept. 9 -- Shearwater Geoservices AS ("Shearwater") has been awarded a seven-weeks North Sea ocean bottom node (OBN) survey, representing the first commercial deployment of the company's newly installed electric ROVs.The survey will be executed using the SW Tasman with Pearl-nodes, as ROV vessel, supported by the SW Gallien as source vessel. Operations are scheduled to commence imminently following the ROV upgrade.
