Norway, June 12 -- Shearwater has been awarded a Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) seismic program in the Stabroek Block, offshore Guyana, by ExxonMobil Guyana Limited.The two-month scope of work comprises source only seismic acquisition in support of a baseline DAS reservoir surveillance survey over the Yellowtail development area. Shearwater has deployed the SW Empress in a triple source configuration, in direct continuation from a Multiclient project in South America where the vessel has been operating since November 2025.
