Germany, July 29 -- Germany based Seitz+Muller Projektmanagement GmbH has secured contract from Studierendenwerk Munchen Oberbayern for Construction project management services - awarding of project management services for the general renovation and modernization of the student housing complex at Heiglhofstrasse 64 to 66 in Munich . The value of the contract is not disclosed .
