Latvia, Sept. 28 -- Latvia based Sabiedriba ar ierobezotu atbildibu "VLAKON" has secured contract from Balvu novada pasvaldiba for Gravel, sand, crushed stone and aggregates - Delivery of sand, crushed gravel and dolomite aggregates to the board of associations of the municipality of Balvu district . The value of the contract is not disclosed .
