Latvia, July 16 -- Latvia based Sabiedriba ar ierobezotu atbildibu "Valkas celi" has secured contract from Valsts sabiedriba ar ierobezotu atbildibu "Latvijas Valsts celi" for Surface work for roads - General agreement for the restoration of unbound mineral materials on state road objects for a period of 3 years . The value of the contract is not disclosed .
