Latvia, Sept. 30 -- Latvia based Sabiedriba ar ierobezotu atbildibu "MILLAR" has secured contract from Siguldas novada pasvaldiba for Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services - designing and author supervision of Sigulda municipality facilities . The value of the contract is not disclosed .
