Russian Federation, June 22 -- Rosneft and the Ministry of Arts and Cultural Policy of the Ulyanovsk Region have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to promote domestic tourism at the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.The document enhances the continued strategic partnership to create comfortable conditions for car travelers and promote the tourism potential of the Ulyanovsk Region.
