Rosneft and the Smolensk Region Government Signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to Boost Car Tourism
Russian Federation, June 22 -- Rosneft and the Smolensk Region Government have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation at the XXIX St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document aims to promote the tourism potential of the Smolensk Region.This memorandum takes the collaboration between Rosneft and the Smolensk Region Tourism Development Center, started in 2024, to a new level. A key outcome of the first phase of cooperation between the Company and the region was the development of three unique interregional car routes, each passing via the outstanding historical sites of the Smolensk Region.
