Germany, July 27 -- Germany based Riedel Bau AG has secured contract from Studierendenwerk Mainz Anstalt des offentlichen Rechts for Construction work - (indicative initial offers) total contractor services for the new construction of the student residence in Mainz on the Johannes Gutenberg University campus . The value of the contract is not disclosed .
