Restoration of Certificate of Registration of Krishna Capfin Limited

India, May 15 -- The Reserve Bank of India has restored the Certificate of Registration (CoR) issued to Krishna Capfin Limited after considering the orders passed by the Appellate Authority/Courts.The company is registered as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) having CoR No. 10.00169. The Certificate of Registration was restored on April 17, 2026.The NBFC has been advised to adhere to the applicable provisions of the RBI Act, 1934, and the guidelines/directions issued by the RBI, including reporting requirements.
