India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Transeem Commercial (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 21, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at P-34 CIT Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700014, held CoR No. B.05.04237, which was originally granted on July 17, 2001.
