India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Times Tracon Pvt. Ltd., a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 21, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 206, 2nd Mezzanine Floor, Tobacco House, 1 Old Court House Corner, Kolkata, West Bengal 700001, held CoR No. B.05.04120, which was originally granted on March 27, 2001.
