India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Times Finance (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 21, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 3, Dr. Naresh Sengupta Sarani (Formerly 3, Cooper Street), Ground Floor, R.K. Seva Pratisthan, Kolkata, West Bengal 700026, held CoR No. B.05.05922, which was originally granted on February 18, 2003.
