India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Thirdwave Holdings (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 21, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 36 Maharishi Debendra Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700006, held CoR No. B.05.02232, which was originally granted on May 16, 1998.
