India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Swarnaganga Vinimay (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 21, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 7/1A, Grant Lane, 3rd Floor, Room No. 4J, Kolkata, West Bengal 700012, held CoR No. B.05.03267, which was originally granted on October 21, 1999.
