India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Swarn Vanijya Pvt. Ltd., a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 21, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 15, Bow Street, 1st Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal 700012, held CoR No. N.05.06873, which was originally granted on September 24, 2010.
