India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Sunshine Housecon Limited (Formerly - Masantoshi International Limited), a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 22, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 1 Croocked Lane, 1st Floor, Room No. 109, Kolkata, West Bengal 700069, held CoR No. B.05.01400, which was originally granted on April 01, 1998.
