India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Rohtang Commercial (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 2, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, 2nd Floor, Bow Bazer, Kolkata, West Bengal 700013, held CoR No. B.05.05628, which was originally granted on October 16, 2003.
