India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of RKA Commercial (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 545 G T Road (South), 4th Floor, Room No 408, Howrah, West Bengal 711101, held CoR No. B.05.04030, which was originally granted on September 02, 2001.
