India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Ready Dealers (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 1/284, Gariahat Road (S), P.O. Jodhpur Park, P.S. Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal 700068, held CoR No. B.05.04835, which was originally granted on March 12, 2003.
