India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Quantum Impex (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 9/12, Lalbazar Street, Mercantile Building, Block-B, 1st Floor, R.No-4, Kolkata, West Bengal 700001, held CoR No. B.05.05606, which was originally granted on September 26, 2003.
