India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Pyramid Distributors & Sales Pvt Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 33, C R Avenue, 2nd Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal 700012, held CoR No. B-05.06718, which was originally granted on December 10, 2007.
