India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Medhawi Traders Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 22, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 2/6 Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020, held CoR No. 05.00501, which was originally granted on February 03, 1998.
