India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Mayank Commercial & Finvest Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 22, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at Adventz Infinity, Unit No. 504, 5th Floor, Plot 5, Block BN, Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091, held CoR No. B.05.01299, which was originally granted on March 27, 1998.
