India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Marvel Marketings (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 22, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at Flat No-1C, 4, Pretoria Street, Little Russel Street, Kolkata, West Bengal 700071, held CoR No. B.05.00714, which was originally granted on December 04, 1998.
